  • Prices are shown in Georgian Lari (GEL) unless otherwise specified.

Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance.

5. Shipping & Delivery

9. Returns & Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

9.1 No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All perfumes sold on Perfumepoint.ge are filled to order.
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.

This applies to all products — whether opened or unopened.

9.2 No Returns for Personal Reasons

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • disliking the scent;

  • changes in personal preference;

  • fragrances reacting differently on your skin;

  • choosing the wrong fragrance or size;

  • allergic reactions;

  • expectations regarding longevity or projection.

These are not considered product defects.

9.3 Exceptions — Our Mistake Only

A replacement may be offered only if:

  • you received the wrong product (wrong fragrance, size, or bottle), or

  • the product arrived physically damaged due to packaging or shipping issues.

If this occurs, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • your order number;

  • photos or videos of the issue;

  • a brief description of the problem.

Approved cases receive a replacement of the same item only (no refunds).

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation begins.
Once the fragrance is filled, the order cannot be cancelled.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with standard data protection practices.
We do not sell or share your data except with service providers involved in payment processing and delivery.

We may update these Terms periodically.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
